Wills
 A Will can be a simple or complex document that dictates the disposition of your assets upon your death.  In the preparation of your Will, we carefully gather all relevant material and information to aid in the drafting of all documents.  We prepare witness affidavits and arrange notarization of the signatures.   A will needs to be a flexible "living" document.  We continue to work with you as your family and business changes and amendments to your will must be made.  .

Trusts
Trusts are a legal device whereby one person holds property (land, money, or other assets) for the benefit of another person.  It is usually administered by a third person called a Trustee.  We are very comfortable with the laws that surround the various types of Trusts, including Revocable Trusts and Irrevocable Trusts, and Guardianship of Minors.  We can help you to explore the type of Trust that would be of benefit to you and your family.

Estate Planning
This is the area of the law that deals with planning for the distribution of an individual's assets at his or her death.  This legal distribution takes into account the individual's Will, taxes, insurance, property, and Trusts so as to gain the maximum benefit possible.
